Jessi is a highly motivated individual who is independently driven to exceed expectations and thrives on learning and challenge. Jessi attended Missouri Southern State University as a member of the Honors Program, where she was an active member of Sigma Tau Delta English Honor Society and the Honors Student Organization. Jessi received training and coaching from Molly McGrath of Hiring and Empowering Solutions and Laney Lyons, founder of Back Office Drafting, and continues to work daily on personal and professional growth. Jessi has a passion for special needs advocacy and actively supports the Bill and Virginia Leffen Center for Autism and Joplin NALA Read, along with other philanthropic endeavors. Jessi’s key strengths include the ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts and skills, a desire to go above and beyond what is requested or required to increase productivity and achieve excellence, the ability to work well under pressure to meet imminent deadlines, and a strong commitment to integrity and ethics in everything she does.
