Our team currently has experience in the following states and is always excited for opportunities to add new states to our service area: Alaska; Arkansas; California; Colorado; Connecticut; Florida; Georgia; Idaho; Kansas; Massachusetts; Michigan; Missouri; New Jersey; New York; North Carolina; Ohio; Oklahoma; Oregon; Pennsylvania; Tennessee; Texas; Virginia; and Washington.
-
I need support for something that isn’t listed on your services page. Do you assist law firms with Paralegal services other than those listed?
We try to stick to what we know best, which are the services outlined on our website. However, we are always open to discussing providing additional services to our current drafting clients.
-
Can you prepare my client's Form 706, Schedule K-1, or other tax documents?
We do not currently prepare any tax documents, though we are actively discussing this addition to our services in the future and searching for referral partners with proven experience in this area of Estate Planning.
-
Are your Paralegals U.S.-based?
YES. Our paralegals will always be 100% U.S.-based. While we support the diversity and inclusion initiative and have had the opportunity to work with some truly stellar VAs, we have taken the position that we are best able to protect our clients’ privacy and enforce the terms of our Contractor Agreements by working with Paralegals who are U.S. citizens and residents.
-
How can I be confident that my clients’ information will remain confidential and secure if I outsource my drafting to you?
Any confidential information that you share with us for purposes of drafting your clients’ documents will be protected under the terms of your Engagement Agreement with Estate Planning Paralegal Solutions LLC and the terms of our company’s Contractor Agreements with any team members who work on your matters. We are also happy to execute any additional documents your firm would like to prepare and send over for your peace of mind in protecting client confidentiality.
-
Will you have any direct contact with my clients?
NO. Our services do not include any meetings, follow-up, information gathering, or other direct contact with your clients. You will handle all of that in-house and provide us with complete information necessary for drafting prior to our team putting a newly submitted matter into process.
-
What sets your company apart from the other drafting services available?
Our founder identified a need for a “middle ground” in our niche and we work to fulfill that need by offering a flat-fee rate, which many strictly freelance Estate Planning Paralegals do not, and also offering a service package that is more customizable than offerings from comparable companies to allow us to retain a lower rate and more flexible pricing options. Our unique business model and culture allows us to offer a more flexible approach in terms of how your firm prefers to convey information to us for drafting as well as being more flexible in process and keeping our costs lower compared to our competitors.
-
Do you draft in Actionstep, Adapt, or Lawmatics?
We do not currently offer drafting services in any software other than WealthCounsel-based programs and InterActive Legal (ILS). We are expanding our team to include Paralegals experienced in the above-mentioned software and may be able to accommodate on a limited basis - please reach out!
